You can make a difference for children and teens who need to eat. Volunteer to serve a meal or provide food for SilverSupper, a weeknight meal program serving children ages 0-18 at three community centers.
HISTORY
What was launched as a summer pilot program named SmashPlates in 2014, SilverSupper is now a Monday – Thursday evening meal program in partnership with Shawnee County Parks + Recreation. The program was recognized with a National Association of County Parks and Recreation award for Outstanding Support Organization in 2015.
